Thanks

Thanks to everyone who came out to see A Christmas Carol! It was a wonderful experience. I had a fantastic group of people to work with in the scene I was in. It was a truely great experience to be in a play with my son, it was something I always thought, in the back of my mind would be neat to do, but wasn't expecting it would be this soon. Thanks to all who helped make our experience so enjoyable and thanks to those who helped watch him as that helped me be at ease.

Unfortunately my little guy became sick Monday and his teacher called home to give me the heads up. I've kept him home the last three days and he has been fighting fever all week his highest temp almost 105 degrees. The medication would bring it down but once it wore off back up it went. Today it seems to have broke as his temp is below 100 and he is getting an appetite again. On his second night of being sick he asked if he and I could go to rehearsal again to see all his new friends and that he missed it and that he thought it was fun. His teacher saw the show and was very proud of him. She even called today to see how he was doing. She's great! We are so glad he is on the upswing now.

Today he watched the Patrick Stewart version of A Christmas Carol and was pointing out the different charactors and who played them in our show.

This weekend I am going to try to make the improv show, I wonder if there will be any karaoke anywhere after that the theatre gang might be heading to hint hint hint...
