Egg Salad Sandwiches

I *love* egg salad. It's one of the things I really miss. Even with low cal mayo and Weight Watchers bread, it's still 7 points for one sandwich.
I'm also a big fan of egg salad sandwiches. Thank goodness mayo is lactose-free!!
